How to play: click once on the game so it takes the keyboard, then change lanes with the ← and → arrow keys (or A and D). On a phone, swipe left and right, or tap the side of the screen you want to move to. You get three lives — a wrong gate, or staying in an empty lane, costs one. Clear a level to unlock the next. Your progress is saved in this browser.

Why the wrong answers look right: the distractors are not random. Early levels use words from the same family (manzana vs naranja). From level 7 they start to sound alike (ajo vs apio, higo vs hongo). Level 10 is built entirely from real false friends — embarrassed is not embarazada, and library is not librería. Miss one and it shows up on the results screen so you actually learn it.
